Welcome to OhLaLash. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked through our website, approved booking platforms, or authorized communication channels.

A non-refundable $5 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.

Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled at any time. However, all deposits are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked.

Rescheduling

Appointments cannot be rescheduled. If a client is unable to attend, a new appointment must be booked and a new deposit will be required.

Late Arrivals

Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period.

Appointments may be canceled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Deposits remain non-refundable.

Appointment Requirements

Clients must arrive with clean lashes and without mascara or heavy eye makeup.

OhLaLash reserves the right to cancel an appointment if the lash area is not adequately prepared for service.

Existing Lash Extensions

OhLaLash does not perform fills on lash extensions applied by other lash artists.

Clients with existing extensions from another provider may be required to schedule a removal before receiving a new set.

Health & Safety

OhLaLash reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents any condition that may compromise the safety or quality of the service, including but not limited to:

Eye infections
Conjunctivitis
Excessive eye discharge
Allergic reactions
Adhesive sensitivities
Other visible eye-related conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, and medical concerns before receiving services.

Pregnancy

Pregnant clients are welcome. However, if discomfort occurs during the service due to the duration or positioning required, the appointment may be paused or discontinued at the client's request or for their well-being.

Service Results

Results and retention vary based on individual factors including natural lash growth, aftercare, skin type, lifestyle, medications, makeup use, and environmental factors.

OhLaLash does not guarantee identical results or retention periods for all clients.

Right to Refuse Service

OhLaLash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for health, safety, comfort, policy violations, or professional judgment.

Changes to Terms

OhLaLash reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
