Refund Policy

At OhLaLash, client satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personalized nature of lash extension services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

All appointment deposits are non-refundable.

The $5 deposit reserves a specific appointment time and will be applied toward the final service cost.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, missed appointments, or late arrivals.

Service Concerns

If a client experiences unusual lash shedding, discomfort, irritation, or dissatisfaction with the service, they must contact OhLaLash within five (5) days of their appointment.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, OhLaLash may offer:

Complimentary touch-up
Complimentary refill
Complimentary lash removal
Partial refund
Full refund

Eligibility

Requests made more than five (5) days after the appointment may not be eligible for adjustments or refunds.

Final Determination

All refund requests and service adjustments are evaluated individually.
